Unfortunately the picture isn’t great, but I had to post something regarding these Whole Foods dry aged rib eye steaks.  These gorgeous cuts of meat were incredibly delicious.  They had a great fat to meat ratio which made for a ridiculously tender product.  To cook them we simply seasoned the meat with salt and pepper and let them sit out until they were room temperature.  Then heated a cast iron pan until it was smoking hot, added canola oil and seared the meat quickly on both sides.  We then let is rest (to let the delicious juices recollect) sliced it and topped it with butter, hot pepper relish and flaked salt.  Simple, super and so totally delicious!
