Pork Belly (Yaki Buta) served with spicy mustard.
With pork belly, it’s almost impossible to go wrong. The meat was tender and lucious, cooked perfectly. Perhaps a light sprinking of salt would have been better, but the incredible tenderness of the meat and the delicious fat were perfectly delicious, in fact we ordered a second one.
