Chicken of the Woods mushroom.
Josh found this incredible edible specimen in Rockland. It is about the size of a 3 year old child, I kid you not and extremely tender. When cooked this delicious, meaty mushroom can have a chicken like flavor. After displaying it in the front of the restaurant for a few nights, it finally was utilized on the menu at work.
