Locally foraged lobster mushrooms (thank you josh) on toast
Josh simply toasted the bread while sauteing his found lobster mushrooms in butter with salt, pepper and some fresh thyme. After mounding the delicious mushrooms onto the toast he finished them with chive blossoms picked from Danny’s herb box. Simply, perfect and delicious.
