The Full dinner spread last night. The menu, inspired by vegetables collected at the farm and other local Maine fare included:
Anson Mills Carolina Grit Rice (the only item that was not from maine)
Sauteed Kale with garlic and chili flake
Local Monkfish with a fresh tomato, onion, fennel, caper sauce
and the two dishes previously mentioned
Eating local is spectacular and inspiring. I urge you ALL to do it! (otherwise come to Maine and I will do it for you!)
